Tell us more ... how can Sweden encourage people to only do graffiti in certain areas?

I'm glad they do though, this is great! In L.A. there is a LOT of it, but sometimes it's not as beautiful, it's TAGGING (that means identifying an area as your territory - for gangs).

Wow...this is a departure from your usual scene. I thought Los Angeles had the corner on graffiti. The idea of making it legal in certain areas seems like a good one although I can't imagine being able to enforce it in these parts. Great capture BTW.
